Health Coaching Program

You've probably started down the road to better health before, but due to challenges, were not able to reach your destination; not enough time, you didn't feel like you quite fit in or you weren't motivated to keep going. If you are ready to take that step, we are here to help you with 12 weeks of guided support and encouragement.

At the Y your success is important to us, so we are excited to offer you our new Health Coaching Program. This service is included free with your Y membership and you can take advantage of it at any time.

This supportive program offers guidance, motivation and structure that will help you start and stick with fitness as part of your lifestyle. We will be there at each step with lots of feedback and encouragement. You will also receive an introduction to Y programs and services that can help keep you motivated beyond the 12 weeks.

Working with a health coach will help you develop and maintain a physically active lifestyle and become self-motivated to meet your physical needs and desires. This program is a great option for the beginner exerciser. Benefits include improved strength, aerobic capacity, metabolism and overall health.

Health Coaching Program offers:

  • A caring and supportive health coach.
  • Use of our Healthy Living Studio, a separate exercise area is in a safe and supported environment designed for Health Coaching.
  • An appropriate cardiovascular workout that’s right for you.
  • Orientation to equipment that’s easy to use.
  • Continued guidance, support and encouragement.
  • Satisfaction that you’re taking time for yourself to make a positive change.
