Our goal is to turn our clients into their own personal trainers — giving you the knowledge, confidence, and motivation to take charge of your own health and well-being for life. Our nationally certified Personal Trainers go far beyond a challenging workout. They teach you how to exercise effectively and safely, help you rehabilitate from injury, and design a detailed training program built specifically for you. Available at all six YMCA of the Fox Cities locations, Personal Training is open to members and the general public.
