We’ll meet with you to talk through your wellness goals, show you how to use our equipment correctly, and connect you with the classes and programs that are the best fit for you. No pressure, no judgment — just a great start.
Take control of your fitness journey with 24/7 access to our wellness centers. Whether it’s morning, noon, or night, our facilities are here to support your active lifestyle every day of the year! We now offer four 24/7 facilities throughout the Fox Cities that give you the convenience of working out on a schedule that fits your lifestyle. That means 7 days a week, and 365 days a year of unlimited access to wellness centers, free weight areas, indoor tracks, gymnasiums, basketball and pickleball. The Y is committed to helping you stay connected to what matters most.

The Y offers a wide range of programs including personal training, small group training, group exercise, advanced health coaching, post rehabilitation, disease management, nutrition counseling, massage and spa services, youth fitness, YMCA360, and 24/7 wellness center access.

Yes. Our Disease Management programs provide evidence-based support for individuals managing cancer, Parkinson’s disease, and other chronic conditions. Post Rehabilitation and Advanced Health Coaching are also available for those recovering or managing ongoing health needs.
Absolutely. Our Youth Fitness programs are designed specifically for young people to develop healthy habits, learn equipment use, and have fun getting active.
